BRAN MUFFIN

Bran Muffins
2 cups All Bran Cereal
½ cup molasses
1 ½ cup cow’s milk or almond milk
½ cup raisins
1 egg, beaten
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Soak All Bran in milk and molasses for 15 mins. Stir in beaten egg and raisins. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Use a well-greased muffin tin and fill each muffin cup ½ full
Bake at 400o for 20 mins.
Makes 12 to 15 muffins.
Note: you can add one shredded carrot or ½ cup blueberries for a different taste.
