SUPPLEMENTATION: SHOULD WE BE ADDING SUPPLEMENTS TO OUR DAILY ROUTINE?

When it comes to deciding whether or not to add supplementation to your daily routine it can be difficult to determine what is the best decision, what is best for your health and wellness. Depending on who you are seeking advise from or what current research article you are reading, you can be faced with very different opinions. There seems to be three main views on the topic:

  1. The definite “YES”, the view that all people should be adding supplementation daily to their routine

  2. The definite “NO”, the view that there is no need to be adding supplementation daily to our routine.

  3. The “YES IT CAN BE BENEFICIAL FOR SOME PEOPLE “

There is no question that our body requires nutrients in order to function optimally and a deficiency in just one can have an impact on many body systems, the ability for it to function properly and ultimately on our overall health and wellness. It is critical that we ensure that our body is provided what it needs in order to complete all of the important functions it does on a daily basis, our bodies strive for homeostasis (balance) but it can only do so when it is well supported.

So, of course, we want to make the best decision when it comes to supplementation. But what is the best decision?

I have added a great FREE webinar on the website that will assist you in making a well informed decision about what is best for you when it comes to supplementation.
