SIMPLE "ANY WAY YOU LIKE THEM" SNACK BARS
½ cup all natural peanut butter or other nut butter (almond, hazelnut, cashew)
½ cup brown rice syrup (available in natural foods section of grocery store) or your favourite local honey
Melt together in pot on stove over low heat
Add any of the following until very thick:
Puffed brown rice cereal
Unsweetened flaked Coconut
Nuts
Dried cranberries
Raisins
Oatmeal
Seeds (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin)
Dried fruit (chopped)
Carob or chocolate chips
Goji Berries
Pack into a buttered 9”x9” glass pan and cut into 9 squares.
Refridgerate for a couple of hours to set and Enjoy!
